Dr. Ruth Nass of the NYU Medical Center will be conducting a clinical study testing the effectiveness of Buspirone in treating Autism in children ages 2 – 6.
We, at the NYU Child Study Center, are researching brain function in children with and without autism spectrum disorders.
Participation consists of 2-3 visits, which include a no-cost diagnostic/ psychoeducational evaluation and an fMRI scan. Upon completion of the study, families will receive a written report summarizing the results of the evaluation. Participation is voluntary and compensation will be provided.
